In
the morning the sound of footsteps on the stone, a golden
light that makes you want to bottle it and keep it with
you. A walk in the woods which sorround the property amongst
cypress, olives, tall oak and beech trees, the warm scent
of rosemary, lemon grass, lavender and jasmine. Caledula,
geraniums, roses, primroses and wild orchids not to mention
bushes of broom and the deep yellow of sunflowers the marvellous
tuscan landscape that brings back memories of a wistful
time. Listen under a clear blue sky or under the star filled
night ( away from the city lights yet just a short distance
from the town of Anghiari ) to the song of the gold finches,
the cuckoos and the pheasants, to the murmuring of the little
birds in their nests whilst in the surrounding grass roam
indisturbed fallow deer, fox, porcupine and hare and you
will inevitable be encompassed by sense of ease. The sweetness
of nature, the green hills, and clean air saturated with
wonderful scents, the beautiful country churches and caastles
will make you feel so at home that the problems and worries
of everyday life will seem far away.
